Addictive!

This Basque cheesecake is the item the word "scrumptious" was invented for - rich and creamy and gluten free and lovely on its own, or with fruit or a drizzle.
We are addicted.

Phenomenal!

This cheesecake is one of the best bought cheesecakes I've ever had! We thawed it on the counter and the texture was great. I had always wanted to try a basque cheesecake and the caramel notes from the "burnt" bits are delicious. I have celiac disease and am grateful for this gluten-free delight.
